STICK GUIDELINES
We recommend that you test different stick lengths to find your preferred length. There are advantages and disadvantages with both short and long sticks. A short stick gives you more control and a long stick improves your reach.

Our recommendation is that the stick, held parallell to your body, should reach to a point somewhere in between your chest and right above your navel. Use the length chart to get an idea of what length is best for you. It is always the length of the shaft that is printed on the sticks. If a stick is labeled 96, the shaft is 96 cm long. The total length of the stick with the blade included is approximately 10 cm longer.
